Logging in and setting your password

Accepting your invite

Your manager invites you by email. The invite link takes you straight to ScoopHQ.

1. 1Open the invite email and tap the link. You'll see who invited you and which team you're joining.
2. 2If you're new to ScoopHQ, fill in Full Name, check your Email, choose a Password and type it again in Confirm Password.
3. 3Tap Create Account & Join. You're signed in and added to your team straight away.
4. 4Already have a ScoopHQ login? Use the Login tab instead and tap Sign In & Join.

Joining with a join link

Some teams share a join link instead of sending invites.

1. 1Open the join link.
2. 2Tap Log in to Join if you already use ScoopHQ, or New to ScoopHQ? Create an account.
3. 3Once you're signed in, tap Request to Join.
4. 4Your manager approves your request, then you're in.

Logging in

1. 1Open the ScoopHQ app, or go to scoophq.co.uk and tap log in.
2. 2Enter your Email and Password. Tap the eye icon to check what you've typed.
3. 3Tap Sign In.

Your password

• At least 8 characters.
• At least one capital letter, one small letter, one number and one symbol (like ! or ?).

Forgot your password?

1. 1On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
2. 2Enter your email and tap Send reset link.
3. 3Open the email and tap the link. Do this on the same phone or computer you asked from, as each link works once.
4. 4Enter a New password, type it again in Confirm password, then tap Update password.

New organisation owners

When ScoopHQ sets up your organisation, your account starts without a password.

1. 1Go to the login screen and enter your email with any password.
2. 2You'll see Set your password, and we'll email you a link.
3. 3Open the link and choose your password. From then on, log in as normal.
