Anyone in your organisation who uses Scoop HQ: owners, managers and staff. Delivery drivers on the drivers rota don't need a login, so they don't count.

What happens when my team grows?

Each plan includes a set number of users. After that you pay a small amount for every extra 10 people, with no upper limit, and your price is worked out on each monthly billing date.

Is there a setup fee?

Some plans have a one-off setup fee to get your workspace, sites and team set up with you. It's added to your first invoice.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Ask to move up or down a plan from your organisation's billing page and we'll switch it over.
