Can staff see the rota on their phone?
Yes. Staff see their shifts in the iPhone or Android app and get a notification when a new rota is published.
How does clocking in work?
Staff tap to clock in and out in the app. Scoop HQ checks they're at the site, and reminds them if they forget.
Does it work for multiple sites?
Yes. Each site has its own rota and team, and managers can cover more than one site.
Can I export timesheets for payroll?
Timesheets are kept with each person's pay rate so they're ready for payroll. A direct BrightPay sync is coming soon.
