Pay rates and labour cost
Set each person's hourly rate so ScoopHQ can work out your labour cost.
Owners & admins
2 min read- 1Go to Team Members and tap the person.
- 2In Hourly Rate, tap Set rate, enter the rate per hour and tap Save rate.
- 3For a pay rise, tap New rate and choose the date it Starts from. Earlier weeks keep the old rate.
- Labour cost shows on the rota, the dashboards, End of Day and timesheet reports.
- Anyone without a rate counts as £0, and you'll see a warning so you can fix it.
- Only people with the View pay rates permission can see rates and labour cost.
