The drivers rota

Drivers are names only. They don't need a login or the app.

Adding drivers

1. 1Go to Drivers Rota and pick the site.
2. 2Below the grid, type the driver's name into Add driver and tap Add.
3. 3Drivers stay on the list every week until you remove them.

Setting the weekly slots (managers)

1. 1Tap Edit the shift template.
2. 2For each day, tap + Slot, set the times and how many drivers you need.
3. 3Tap Save template. It applies to every week from now on. Weeks already published aren't changed.

Filling slots

1. 1Empty slots show in red in the Unfilled slots row.
2. 2Tap an empty slot and pick a driver. Or tap the + in a driver's row to give them the next free slot that day.
3. 3Tap a filled slot to clear it.

Publishing and sharing

1. 1Tap Publish when the week is ready.
2. 2Tap Export as PDF and share it to your drivers' WhatsApp group.

Removing a driver

1. 1Tap the X next to their name, then Remove driver.
2. 2Their future shifts move to Unfilled slots, marked with their name so you know what needs covering.
